Hi,
I am an instant Ink subscriber, and my black ink cartridge, almost empty, is not working properly, all the printings are done with white rows in between, and almost half of the printed page is left blank. I tried the methods found in this forum: disconnecting and cleaning, but none worked out.
It's impossible to contact someone to get a new cartridge before time due to his malfunctioning.
I reckon this forum is my last chance
