Hi @think2-9_1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when you are being charged but not receiving the ink you are expecting.

With HP Instant Ink, the printer itself monitors ink usage and automatically notifies HP when supplies are running low. Once the system detects low ink levels, replacement cartridges are shipped automatically to the address registered on the account.

To help check:

  • Your shipment status,
  • Delivery details,
  • And whether there may be an issue with the account or shipping address,

Please send one of the following details in a private message only (not publicly):

  • The registered Instant Ink email address,
  • Printer serial number,
  • Or your Instant Ink account ID.

Once we have that information, we can look into the ink shipments and help get this resolved for you.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
