Since the snapshots are in a foreign language, it's difficult to see what is causing the issue.
However, I would need a few details to look into this issue.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
