Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Must be a way to move email address/account to a new country. This is insane! I temporarily moved to Canada and now back in US. Saying that my account is forever locked to Canada and I can no longer use it? This needs to change as now my printer is useless since I don't want multiple emails tied to HP. Especially the email tied to Canada that I will never use again and it is just gone?

Purchased my printer in Canada as an emergency since my 12 year old Epson died. Was forced to create subscription account to even use it and now I can't switch it back to my home country without using an entirely different email. I will never live in Canada again and no reason why it can't be moved and/or deleted so I can create using the same email.
