Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140w Printer

I am RV traveling thru October, and I am getting low on the Instant Ink Cartridge. I have been trying to chat with chat support to ship one cartridge to the mailing address where the next stop will be.    No one is answering my chat, so is there a way I can submit a request online to ship one out to the pick-up mailing address?  Any other suggestions to make it happen?   I also have updated ahead of time, the shipping address in the instant ink account.
