HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer

I am enrolled in the 10 pages a month plan.  I moved and had my printer in storage.  I just hooked my computer up and it says I have 10 ages plus 30 rollover pages.  I looked in my history and it is 10 months since I used the ink so I should have 100 rollover pages.  How do I get all my pages???

Hi @msjay2u2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for information related to rollover pages for your printer.

If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. Ink plans can roll over 3x the number of pages in your plan (150 pages if on the 50-page plan).

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
