monthly bill incorrect amount

 My November 2023 bill shows I used 19 pages and 74 roll over pages and additional 23 pages on that day!  This is grossly wrong and ask HP to resolve why this has been calculated?

I expect readdress and repayment of the exceptional overcharge of £5 to my account for the 5x10 pages excess i was charged. 

I do expect an explanation how thus could have happened as my ink cartridge levels would also have shown a massive use for those wrongly calculated pages.
