I have the hp instant ink plan. about a year or so ago, my color stopped printing with a full cartridge. I rarely use color, so I continued to print in greyscale and b/w. All was fine until a few weeks ago when I had to print a label and it said the printer was offline. ran all tests which said all was well. ran further "fix" program and it prints but you can barely see anything. cartridges are too old and hp wont replace them until empty, so? just wondering if any help to fix them before buying new ones. Hopefully, new ones would print, but...who knows. ive spent all my monthly prints on trying to fix the issue so getting rid of my instank ink plan.
