received new cartridges last month. Replaced old cartridges today when print fading. Shipment contained only color ink NO BLACK. Print produces bland page with faded color by no text .

- Does the copy print out the same way?
- Are you enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program?
- Where did you order the inks from?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
