Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you have not received any ink for your printer from the instant ink service.

 

HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges. Choose a plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly. Your monthly fee allows you to use our subscription cartridges to print your plan pages and includes ink or toner, delivery and recycling.

 

If your instant ink cartridges are running low on ink, I can help you get the order placed for replacement ink.

 

To validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink account. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
