Hi Kumar0307, 

 

I 'm having the same issues with my printer HP DeskJet 2630 All‑in‑One Printer (SN : [Personal Information Removed]) - no black ink printing . Cartridge still showing nearly half full but with occasionally printing probably maybe ink is dried out.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges?
