Hi @dakingz, thanks for posting. Instant Ink ships new cartridges automatically when the printer reports low ink, so if nothing arrived, usually the printer stopped reporting (offline) or there's an issue on the account.

  1. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet (print a Network Configuration or Web Services report).
  2. Sign in at https://www.hpsmart.com > Instant Ink and check the plan status, payment method, shipping address and shipment history/tracking.
  3. If the plan is active and no cartridges are on the way, contact Instant Ink support so they can send them: https://support.hp.com/contact-hp

Keep me posted!

yes I did check that its fully connected, is there a way I can join a live chat/call so I can get this resolved. I need it fixed ASAP

Hi @dakingz, I understand you need this fixed quickly. Because it involves your account, shipments and billing, HP Instant Ink support has to review it directly; we can't see account data in the forum.

  1. Go to https://support.hp.com/contact-hp, enter your printer and choose Instant Ink to see chat/phone options.
  2. Have your printer serial number and Instant Ink account email ready, and mention that you've been billed with no shipments for months.

Hi @dakingz,

Thank you for checking the connection, and I'm sorry for the trouble with your Instant Ink deliveries while still being charged every month.

Because this involves your account, shipments and billing, it needs to be reviewed by HP directly. As a community volunteer I can't access your account, so I have notified the Community Moderators and asked for an HP specialist/technical agent to contact you directly and help you as efficiently as possible.

Please keep an eye on your private messages (envelope icon at the top right of the Community) and reply there; never post personal details (address, email, phone, payment info) publicly.

In the meantime,
