i have been using print for a couple of years but no longer need as much printing I want to reduce my plan to less than 50 sheets a month

Hi @gale55chris, thanks for posting. You can switch to a smaller plan anytime:

 

1. Sign in at https://instantink.hpconnected.com

2. Go to Plan Settings (Change Plan) and pick a lower page plan.

3. The new plan starts at your next billing cycle.
