Hi. my name is tony. and i would like to know, does my first initial starter kit get sent to a different address if i cant go to the address that the first ones were sent.  Or do I need to order another set for my new address. let me know how to do that.

@BAYB3, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

If you have updated the shipping address on your Instant Ink account before HP shipped the ink, it will go to the new address. If the shipment was triggered before you updated the address, it will go to the old address. 

 

Change your shipping address from your HP Instant Ink account page.

Your account can only have one shipping address.

  1. Sign into your Instant Ink account .
  2. Open Account in the left menu, then ShippingEdit Shipping Information.
  3. Make changes, and then click Save.
