Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I subscribe to the instant ink program and have a hp officejet 4630 all in one printer and have not received ink cartridges in at least 1 1/2 years. I cannot get my black ink cartridge to print well. I need replacement cartridges. The cartridge numbers are 61/301 Black and 61/301 Tri-color. How do I get these replaced under my plan?
