HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a used HP Envy 6453e printer. It displays 'Printer Cannot Print. Check your HP account for more information.' The previous owner is no longer available. I'd like to transfer ownership of the printer to my HP account. I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase.

Hello @Odog37, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting in the HP Community.

Since this is a used HP ENVY 6453e and the printer is displaying "Printer Cannot Print. Check your HP account for more information," the issue is likely related to the printer's HP account registration or HP+ or instant ink. As you purchased the HP ENVY 6453e second-hand and the previous owner is no longer available, ownership cannot be transferred without the previous owner.

Please provide us the below requested details to verify on private message. Private Messages - HP Support Community

Have a great day!
