Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Yeah I was supposed to update my payment method on instant ink so I did and know I have been charged 3 times.  Once on the 3rd of may and again today.  I am about to hang up my business with you guys.  I am really tired of not being able to print because you guys lock up my printer.
