print error regarding cartridges

HP Desktop all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am on a program with instant ink. I keep getting a message on my HP Envy 5660 to remove and reinstall cartridge. I have done so a number of times. I have unplugged the whole system and that didn't help. Can anybody help?
