HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I have the instant ink contract.  I contacted customer support to assist in getting the contract transferred to this printer.  I was on hold for 17 minutes when the line went dead.  I called back and again was on hold for extended period of time.  I explained that I wanted to transfer the current contract to this printer, respresentative stated that she would enroll me in new account. I did not want a new account I just wanted to transfer the contract.   I explained I was not will to pay an additional fee.  The representative then  hung up on me.

 

This encounter will make me think twice about purchasing an HP device.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with transferring your HP Instant Ink contract. If you're trying to transfer a subscription to a new printer, ensure that your prior printer's subscription is canceled correctly, which can usually be done through your HP Instant Ink account online.
