I have an hp envy5032 printer and have run into a little problem.
I inadvertently set my printer to the factory defaults yesterday and found that I had lost my connection to the Instant Ink facility. I have been into my account and everything is still showing correctly but I keep getting a message on the screen of the printer which tells me that "The cartridge cannot be used until the printer is enrolled with the Instant Ink. I know that I am enrolled and the blue light is on constantly on the printer which I think means that it is on-line but, when I am in my account on-line it won't make the connection to my printer. The message just tells me that it is unable to connect and to try again later.
Does anyone know how I can overcome this please. I cannot print until it is sorted. Thank you.

I went direct to HP Chat and have got this sorted now.
