I cancelled my instant ink service because they said I hadn't put my new toner cartridge in. I did put it in and was ready for another cartridge. They wouldn't or didn't help with the issue. Then I put in a hp toner cartridge I bought at staples. It worked for awhile. Now it won't print. It says to check my acoount. And I read my printer will not print using the instant ink toner cartridge from instant ink. Notice that before they said I didn't have theirs put in. Now they are saying I do have theirs in, I need to use the printer. How can I resolve this issue and use the store bought toner cartridge that almost full and in the printer. I feel their service is not good. And I am questioning whether I will ever buy anything from HP. I have been working on this for 2 days. I NEED TO USE MY PRINTER!
