i am having issue when trying to sign up for instant ink.
then i noticed it may be because somehow the printer was not added to my account yet.
i can print from multiple device, but under my account, it says 'there is no printer added to your account yet'
please advise urgently.
i have exhausted chat through whatsapp and follow many suggestions but still not resolve.

I understand you are unable to sign in to instant ink but you have created an account.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
