I went in, gave it a new credit card got the messdage that monthly fee had now been paid and freed up my printer but it s NOT printing. I tried to print a shipping label for $16 that I couldn't and have now lost. What do I or you need to do to get this printer printog?

Hi @shelties99,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've taken the necessary steps to update your Instant Ink subscription and resolve the payment issue, but your printer still isn't printing. Let's troubleshoot a few things.
- Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Restart Printer: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor issues. Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure that your ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink to print. If any of the cartridges are low or empty, replace them.
- Check Print Queue: There might be pending print jobs in the print queue that are causing the printer to not print new documents. Go to your computer's print queue and cancel any pending print jobs.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can usually download them from the HP website.
- Check for Error Messages: If there are any error messages displayed on the printer or your computer, take note of them as they can provide clues about what might be wrong.
- Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting your printer to its factory settings. Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
