I have an HP ENVY 7640 and keeps giving me error message saying cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink. My question is why do I have to be enrolled? However I have enrolled and still get message. After one has purchased product shouldn't they be able to determine where they get there ink from? Just saying why should you have to keep ties with hp?
