Ho una stampante HP Envy 6230 ed ho ricevuto le 2 cartucce del Kit di Benvenuto Hp Instant Ink ma quella a colori 64/303 serie T0A86A non viene riconosciuta dall'hp printer e compare l'errore "Problema cartuccia", cosa mi consigliate?
