I'm about to sign up for instant ink. service. It's giving me a promo of $10 for credit to help pay for whatever. plan I choose. But that prevents me from using a different code that I want to use. i have a code for 12 months free ink and 700 pages a month but it wont let me Can i cancel the current promo and use the one i want?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with enrolling in Instant Ink with a free trial and using another promo code at the same time.

 

It might not allow you to use both the promo codes a the same time, request you to enroll for the free 12 months trial first and later when the paid service start you can use the other code if it still has the validity.

 

Kindly refer to the steps "Get an Instant Ink trial" from this link to enroll in the service and let me know if that resolves the issue.
