Hi there, I cannot access the "Change Shipping Address" page. I keep receiving the message "Security Session Expired" even though I just logged into the account.

 

I recently moved and need to change my address to continue to receive ink cartridges as part of the Instant Ink program.

Hi Gaya1239,

Thank you for responding! I reached out to chat during business hours, and they directed me to use the incognito browser to overcome the error message. This chat agent's solution worked and I was able to change my address.
