macOS 12.0 Monterey

I received colored cartridges through instant ink. Two installed correctly but the third one (cyan) gives me an error that says "cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it"

However I have not installed it anywhere before. 

Resetting the printer does not help.

I should be eligible for a replacement Cyan but it is not possible to request this anywhere or talk to an agent. 

Is there a better way to reset it or a way to contact an actual agent? 

 

EDIT: I was able to reach an agent by using the virtual agent and ask for help with instant ink
