i pay monthly for inks just changed my printer for a similar one using exact same ink but i havent recieved my ink as it states printer offline .... and it is not!

Are you a subscriber to the HP Instant Ink program?  When you replaced the printer did you do this with the help of an Instant Ink agent?  If you replace a printer on the program need to have the original subscription canceled and the new printer started as described in the document here.  If you have not done this it is likely the error is happening because the system is expecting to communicate with the old printer. 

 

If you need assistance from an Instant Ink agent go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
