New instant ink carts don't print. Old ones expired but still work in printer altho' faint because expired. Both new and old swapped out several times. Old work, new don't. My instant ink account is current and paid up.

Thanks for reaching out! It’s odd that your new Instant Ink cartridges aren’t working while the expired ones still do. Let’s get this sorted for you.
