Hi @Jopic66,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
HP Instant Ink allows users to roll over unused pages each month according to the specific plan they are subscribed to. These roll over pages are designed to give users flexibility and ensure they can print more pages in subsequent months without incurring additional charges.
Roll Over Page Limits:
- Monthly Plans: Each plan has a cap on the number of roll over pages you can accumulate:
- 10-page plan: Allows up to 30 roll over pages.
- 50-page plan: Allows up to 150 roll over pages.
- 100-page plan: Allows up to 300 roll over pages.
- 300-page plan: Allows up to 900 roll over pages.
- 700-page plan: Allows up to 2100 roll over pages.
Expiry of Roll Over Pages:
- Roll over pages do not have an expiry time; however, they are capped by the limits mentioned above. If your roll over pages exceed the cap for your plan, the excess pages will not be banked and will be lost at the end of your billing cycle.
I hope this helps.
