I have the 25 page plan, but I leave for the summer and do not use my printer for 3 or 4 months. If I downgrade to the 10 page plan, it will only roll over 30 pages. Is there a cap on how many pages will roll over if I leave my plan the same and not use my printer all summer?

@sjday528, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you stay on the 25-page HP Instant Ink plan, you can roll over up to 75 unused pages (3 times your monthly limit). So if you don’t print for a few months, you’ll stop building up rollover pages once you hit that 75-page cap. Any extra unused pages after that will be lost.

If you switch to the 10-page plan, you can only roll over 30 pages.

You could also pause your plan while you're away, so you don’t pay or lose unused pages

I hope this helps.
