Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I no longer need 300 pp/month, and currently have 900 reserve copies available.  If I choose a lower plan, with less pp/month and less cost, will those 900 reserve copies still be available if I happen to actually go over the lower month page allowance in the future ?

Sorry, no.  If you change the plan (to a plan with more or less pages per month) the rollover pages are forfeited and will restart at zero for the new plan.
