Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I currently have 300 rollover pages in my account. It is my understanding through talking with AI that if I choose a smaller plan, then I will lose these rollover pages. I will only be able to keep the amount of rollover that is allowed for that new plan. My question that AI could not answer is… If I pause my account for the allowed three months, time, will I lose my 300 rollover pages that have accumulated in my account?

We have the same information that is available to you, I think.

True -- Rollover Pages are defined in several places in the contract -- all agree on the number and the method used to accrue the extra pages.

My interpretation of "Vacation mode"  might be different than yours.

I read  3. "Pause" Vacation Mode to mean that you do not lose your current standing (plan, accrued rollover pages).  I believe you cannot print during "vacation mode", so there's that.

True -- With just the one paragraph dedicated to "Pause", there might be room for misunderstanding.

Were it mine to do, I might re-read the Terms of Service contract and then contact Instant Ink Support with any followup questions or concerns.
