HI there,
I bought the hp deskjet 2620 printer a while back however did not get round to setting it up. I recently tried to do so and realised there was no ink so went out and bought some hp ink 304 for the printer. The printer is not recogonising the ink cartridges I have purchased and from what I gather it is because they weren't the 'set up' ink cartridges. Is there any way to set up my printer without the set up ink or is it useless now? Bearing in mind I cannot take the printer back to the shop as I bought it a while back and

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement Setup Cartridges
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
