Smart Tank 7600 model 65275015      will not print keeps saying  need black ink.......the ink is full!!!!!!

Hi HappyRealtor,

May need a bit more infor from you. The ink tank is full, but i suspect it could be the printhead is having issue.

 

Do you notice any error shown on the HP Apps or the printer control panel display as shown below? if there is, you may contact HP if your printer still in-warranty. Else you may need to get a replacement printhead.
