Hi there
I am un contact with whatsapp ho assistance , without any success
since 48 jours i can’t print anymore , not possible in Wi-Fi Direct or with the app
assistance first made me reste all , i put away VPN
i and that tried a lot of things
and a the end of their day work , they wrote me that the cause was my facturation informations the issue
« instant ink « for 6,99€
but in fact , i changed my infos « new visa » 24 hours before
and money of course is on my bank account , so now i am asking to other users , that maybe have been suffering of the same issue that me
anybody knows how to fix my issue ?
each time it’s blocing on the machine ( account issue ) and on my IOS IPHONE 15
impossible to terminate configuration

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Is your printer connected to your home network or wifi direct on the printer?
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer or router recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

first a big thank you , to try to help me
Last Time I have been able to print was monday ( 6 days ago )
i began with HP whatsapp assistance wednesday
48 hours later , after a lot of tests , resets etc
they told me issue was instant INK , i success to change my account instant INK friday evening with good facturation informations and Even paid 1$
router is ok
printer is connected on it By wifi
Wi-Fi Direct is ok
i am using iPhone 15 without VPN
previous instant INK mail adress account was inactive
HP. Changed it 4 me
, but I can’t « terminate configuration of instant INK , this is what is blocking me , for all kind of prints

As you afre facing an issue printing from your instant ink service. To validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink account. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
