Hello,

I recently purchased or received an HP printer, but I am unable to register it to my HP Smart account. I received the following error message:

“This printer is associated with another account. You can use this printer and the HP Smart app to print, scan, copy, and more, but you will not have access to cloud features like Print Anywhere.”
Error Code: UA_400_EB0000U0422

Could you please help me unlink this printer from the previous account so that I can register it with my own HP account?

Printer Model: HP DeskJet 2755e
Serial Number: [edited]
Error Code: UA_400_EB0000U0422

If needed, I can provide proof of purchase.

Thank you, the problem is solved. I bought two ink cartridges and replace them. I wonder if I can add this printer to the instant ink plan after using up these two ink cartridges.
