Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Perform a hard restart. Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, press the power button again to restart.

If hard restarting did not fix the problem, perform a factory reset on the tablet. Refer to one of the following HP support documents, depending on your tablet model:

To reset your HP Slate 7 tablet to its original factory state, deleting all stored data and accounts, use the steps in Performing a Factory Reset on Your HP Slate 7 Tablet.

To reset your HP 7 tablet to its original factory state, deleting all stored data and accounts, use the steps in Performing a Factory Reset on Your HP 7 Tablet.

If the previous two options did not fix the problem, the tablet needs to be serviced.
