I got this printer from a friend who was enrolled in Instant Ink. I am unable to register the printer in my new account. I am unable to use the ink that was left over from the previous owner. I have removed the ink cartridges but it still won't register the printer to my account. I have done the factory reset on the printer. I have connected the printer to my local wifi. What do I have to do?
