I have spent the past three days on and off trying to update my debit card details in total frustration 😫. I have mashed every link on the instant ink smart page numerous times. Other than being able to get up my account page which has no reference or links to changing or updating my payment details I am totally lost. I am now at the point of firing this accursed printer into the bin and going out and buying a nice shinny new Canon printer as even their virtual agent is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard on this matter!

Hello Dragon_Fur,
Thank you for your suggestion and help much appreciated 🙂.
What has galled me the most is that they have locked me out of the printer it is not usable. Which in my opinion is depriving me of using my own property i.e. the printer. Having thought further on this matter I have decided that this is unacceptable practice and am now dumping the printer and shall purchase a new printer and it will certainly not be a HP product. Thank you again for your advice.
Best regards, Paul Medland.
