Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

using instant ink program on HP 8020 printer -  After a power outage, the computer (OS Windows 10) does not allow me to log in to the HP system at all - get message 403 forbidden.  This happened some time ago and I was finally able to talk with some one who got me on line.  However, the next time I tried to log in, the same problem occurred , so it was not corrected. When I click on the icon it shows printer status unknown, but all my other options work.

Wouldn't care, but I like to check the number of pages printed so I don't go over my allotted number amount each month.
