HP seems to have terrible customer service, and I can't figure out how to talk to a human. I signed up for a free month of printing and I don't know when it starts or ends. Can someone please help me???

Thank you for reaching out. Your free month of printing would have started as soon as you signed up, and the trial period details, including the start and end dates, are sent directly to your email address registered with HP.

Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from HP with the trial information. If you cannot locate it, let me know, and I can guide you on how to retrieve the details or verify your trial period.

I have an email that says it will be applied within 30 days, nothing about a start or end date, and I can't find the info anywhere in my dashboard.
