I lost my original Windows key, how can I find out my Windows 11 home key

If your notebook came with W11 from HP, the product key is encrypted in the PC's BIOS.

 

You do not need the key to reinstall W11.

 

If your notebook came with FreeDOS, the customer is responsible for providing their own operating system and product key.
