HP Deskjet 1010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used my printer Deskjet 1010 for a year now. Last week when I tried to print something, there was a message error of "Cartridge Damaged", so I replaced both cartridge (Black and Color). But the printer is still showing message of Cartridge Damaged, refused to print, and I already tried using the steps from the Help page (which is cleaning the cartridge).

What should I do to solve this? I can't afford to get new cartridges (in Indonesia, the cartridges aren't exactly cheap) and the service center doesn't open on weekends.

Hi. Thanks for responding.

Anyway, I used it about three weeks ago, and after that I had to leave town for the holidays. I did the troubleshooting steps provided, like changing the cartridges (I completely changed the previous ones even though there's still some left) and cleaning the cartridges too. And I didn't make any hardware change. I just had to re-install the software because my laptop was acting up and I reinstalled my Windows 10 (64). I have tried everything from removing and reinserting, to replacing the cartridges.

What can I do next?
