HP PEN 1MR94AA#UUF does not work on HP Spectre 360x 15-ap003ng

I have tried:

• Made sure that Windows 10 is up to date
• HP Support Assistant up to date

I have followed these advices https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Workspace/Pen-not-working-on-HP-Spectre/td-p/6360297 but they did not help.

According to the https://shop.metacomp.de/Shop/DE/Product/Details/3940/2368421/hp-pen-digitaler-stift the devices are compatible!

Please help!

If they are compatible, please download and install the following software then reboot machine

     ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80343.exe

I cannot find any reference to this part number (1MR94AA) in the compatibility guide.

I might have missed something - please do check for yourself.

Next, search the document for a compatible stylus:

If there is an HP Active Stylus available for your model, it will be included in the document.

Hints: 

• Open the document in your browser
• Click open both (all) categories (business and consumer) to expand the lists
• Examine the lists to find a match to your computer model
• Product Name contain an “m”? Consider this to be the same as the model with no “m”.
  • Example: HP Envy x360 15m-bp011dx is the same (and uses the same stylus) as HP Envy x360 15-bp011dx
• Use CTRL-F to open the webpage search bar – type in the model type of your computer, leaving off the “HP” prefix and stopping just before OR just after the “dash” in the name. “Less is better”.

Passive Pen / Stylus

If you do not find an active pen listed for your computer, consider the "passive" pen as mentioned in the document.

Reminders:

• Passive pen is not the same thing as an active stylus.
• Passive pen does not act like an art pencil.
• Passive pen does not interact with Windows Ink.
