Product: HP All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The ILITEK Touch Screen Firmware Update (HP Prost-R 23.8") has been attempted but fails everytime.  I thought it worked once, but then it asks for installation again.

It will not go away.... and says it is a Priority update.

Please tell me why it will not work, and what I have to do to get rid of the error message.

To be able to assist you better, please provide me with the complete Computer Model or Product Number and I will check if it is an urgent Firmware update
