Hello,

I have been having major issues with the CRM/MyHPSupport website, to log calls for business HP devices. I cannot phyiscally get into any existing calls that I logged, as I get an error as per below.

Capture.PNG

It appears somehow I lost access to even amend my own profile settings such as address, name, telephone number etc. I used to have this before.

I have phoned HP support and no one supports the website and is able to direct me to someone that I can speak with. Someone did send me an email to explain the scenario but I have not received a response still! Please can someone help me?! Please see below:

Hi,

Any news regarding this please? Still an issue and we are now into October…… I also noticed I cannot modify ANYTHING on my profile such as my mobile number, address etc. The save button on the bottom is physically greyed out.

Hello,

I have not heard anything back from this, it has been over 2 weeks now and I STILL cannot view notes any existing cases on the MyHP support website. In addition when submitting a new case I get that same error I attached to you on the below email! Very frustrating.

Hello,

Thank you for listening to my feedback. As discussed here is the issue I am experiencing.

I am trying to navigate to https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/ to view all existing or previous cases logged by me as shown on screenshot 1.

However when I click on any of the 500 numbers that represent the case ID, I get screenshot number 2.

This issue has occurred probably over 2 months ago now – not sure. When I called I was told this is a known issue with the HP website but surely this cannot be the case being this long? This is not a device issue as I get the same problem using my home computer. Work machine – Windows 7 64 bit via Chrome and home is Windows 10 64 bit Chrome. Both on latest version of Chrome and the fault persists also on IE11 and Microsoft Edge.

Hi Zubeir,

Please reply to the email with the picture of the error message.

Just incase the screenshot cannot be seen:

Your Organisation account may not be setup properly and you may not have permissions to see the case. Please look for the case ID in the case list in the My View sections.

@Zubeir

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

Hi danny-r,

Many thanks for doing that. Note and will keep that in mind for future reference.

Cheers,

Zubeir
