Hi

I've been using RGS on my workstations since months and never had this issue.
Since a couple of days i've been facing a timeout error / crash every 15 minutes. I've tried to update sender and receiver but nothing has changed. I was worried was our connection broker but it seems to work well with other protocols.

I tried to increase timeouts quite a lot but nothing really changed. What can be the cause of it and how can i debug it?

Thanks

Ale

Apology for delayed response on the forum.  Did you resolve your connection issue?  If not, do you know if anything has changed on your network that might be scanning and see Remote Boost sender service as an issue and maybe stopping the sender service?  Make sure that Remote Boost is made exempt from any anti-virus, malware or deep packet inspection software, etc.  What version of Remote Boost have you been using on your senders and receivers?  Seems if you have not had any issues for months, maybe an update is causing this or a change in your network configuration.

It happens every 5 minutes or so.

UDP and TCP were both already open. I will give a look to the AV or DPI. Thanks

Ale
