Product: HP Z4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Currently in the HP ZC conncet console we only get the below error.

The connect agent software was installed on the host using this command (but filled out for my org).

 

msiexec.exe /i HP_ZCentral_Connect_Agent.msi /qn AgentHostname=myhost.domain.local ManagerHostname=zcentralconnect.domain.local
AuthorizationCode=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

It looks like the HP ZCentral Connect Agent service will not start.

Taking a look at this.  What version of Connect Manager and Agent are you using?

It appears there may be a problem with the silent install of the agent.  Can you try manually registering an agent using AgentConfig register command?
